Which third-party certificate is included?
A GRA loose-stone certificate is standard. NGIC (China National Gem Testing Center) or other overseas certificates can be provided at additional cost.

What packaging is available?
PE packaging is standard; upgraded gift boxes can be added at additional cost.

After-Sales Policy

• 7-day no-reason return or exchange after delivery, provided the item is unworn and brand new with certificate, packaging and all accessories included.
• Engraved, resized, custom-made and clearance/irregular items are not eligible for no-reason returns.
• Non-human-caused quality problems within 7 days: free replacement, repair or refund — we cover round-trip shipping.
• Tarnishing of precious metal and plating wear are normal phenomena, not quality defects; paid cleaning and re-plating are available.
• Man-made damage, private modification, expired claims or missing proof are excluded from free after-sales (paid repair only).
• Freight-collect returns are not accepted. Please include your order number plus photos or a video of the item; we respond within 48 hours of receiving it.
